Lawyer Benny Katz (captain in the reserve duty) has been serving as a prosecutor in the Military Attorney for ten years.

 Throughout these years Lawyer Katz received significant legal achievements when dealing with files such as: manslaughter, drug abuse within military bases, stealing from army bases and more.

The procedure and the legal military processes are different than those in the civil courts.

Our department specializes in anything that has to do with army law - whether these are cases of criminal offenses, traffic law or discipline - we represent soldiers in the compulsory service and in the regular army as well.

A lawyer from our office accompanies the soldiers from the beginning of the military investigation until the end of the legal procedure in the various military courts while constantly providing legal advice and support
